Pastor Amanda Roque

Amanda Roque is passionate about seeing every person in the Greater Norristown area experience God’s love. She absolutely loves all things technology and community! Amanda Roque graduated from Bryn Mawr College in 2008 and received her Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010. Amanda joined Teach for America in 2008 and taught in Philadelphia for six years. She was on staff as a campus minister with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA for 3 years at Bryn Mawr College. The perfect nexus of her passions, gifts, and talents is sharing the hope of Jesus using all kinds of digital avenues. She also serves on the board of the Norristown Hospitality Center.

A neighbor invited Amanda to a youth group, where she experienced the transforming love of Jesus at the age of twelve. It has been through community and people investing in her life that she has been encouraged to follow Jesus ever since! On a regular day, you can find her drinking copious coffee and chatting about all things Disney. She is married to Jonathan, who relocated to PA by way of the Bronx, so she now shares a love of both Philly and NYC. Jonathan and Amanda welcomed their two daughters, Mila Beth and Noemi Xiomara, in November 2023.
