The Partnering Organization: Liberty Ministries was established in 1980 with the goal of ending prison recidivism in PA and has positively impacted thousands of incarcerated and ex-incarcerated men and women with the teaching of the Word of God, spiritual, physical and emotional support, and the life changing power of Jesus Christ.
