Pastor Steven Profetto

Steven Profetto serves as the Pastor of Production at Victory Church, where he is passionate about equipping volunteers to use technology to amplify the Gospel through creativity and technical excellence. His strong faith in Christ and commitment to the Church fuel his dedication to sharing the most important message of all. Steven is also driven to equip leaders and help teams confidently use technology as a tool to spread the Gospel and create transformative worship experiences.

Before earning his Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry, Steven immersed himself in hands-on ministry by joining a church plant and serving wherever needed to support its growth. Over time, he joined the staff, where he led the Production Team across multiple campuses and launched the church’s College and Leadership Development program. As both ministries expanded, Steven felt called to focus fully on the technical and pastoral leadership aspects of church operations, especially in developing and caring for volunteer teams.
