Pastor Haley Riley

As Pastor of Worship and Creative Arts, Haley is passionate about seeing Victory Church and its community experience God through creativity, music, and design.

Having grown up in Victory Church, Haley’s heart for worship was formed early as she served on the worship team from a young age. Her testimony is one of God’s faithfulness from one generation to the next. A lifetime of moments encountering Jesus (particularly through corporate worship, community, and everyday experiences of God’s presence) has deepened her faith in Jesus Christ, drawing her into continual pursuit of Him and overflowing in a Psalm 145 kind of praise.

In 2014, she followed a call to ministry that led her to Sydney, Australia, where she pursued both academic and hands-on ministry training. During her time there, she earned a Master of Arts in Christian Studies (with a thesis on teaching worship), a Bachelor’s in Theology, and an Advanced Diploma in Ministry. She also held several leadership roles in local church worship and creative teams, discovering joy in empowering other creatives to grow and contribute their God-given gifts to the Church.

Now back home at Victory, Haley and her husband, Paul, are grateful to be part of the community that helped shape their faith. They love spending weekends exploring specialty coffee shops and strolling around town with their son, Rowan, and daughter, Esra.
