Our team welcomes people into the worship experience – from the front doors to the auditorium doors and everywhere in between. We introduce first-time guests to an experience with God and make them comfortable by showing them around the building and gifting them a welcome bag.
Our team welcomes people into the auditorium, assists people to their seats, facilitates offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service.
Our team serves as the first impression for those coming to Victory by welcoming people on and off the property and providing a safe and efficient parking experience.
Our team creates an environment where people can connect and enjoy a cup of coffee. The team sets up the cafe area, makes coffee, occasionally serves food after Sunday services, and cleans up after service.
Our team prepares for and hosts Victory’s communion experience once a month.
Our team prepares the facility for the Sunday experience before, during, and after services.
