Norristown:

*ACLAMO- ACLAMO is a nonprofit community service organization that provides educational programs, social services, and access to health and wellness programs to Latinos and other community members to empower them to achieve their life potential fully.

Amnion- Amnion is a Pregnancy Care Medical Center bringing hope to life by providing life-affirming care, compassionate advocacy, education, and healthcare resources.

Coordinated Homeless Outreach Center- RHD’s mission is to provide caring, effective, and innovative services that empower people of all abilities as they work to achieve the highest level of independence possible and build better lives for themselves, their families and their communities.

Coalition to Save Lives– In the spirit of 2 Corinthians, we seek to reveal the life and promise of Jesus through our bodies so that God’s light may shine out of the darkness. Through evangelistic endeavors, prayer, and love, we surrender our lives to proclaiming His Kingdom throughout our world, to lead those in darkness to the light of God.

Greater Norristown Ministerium– We are a community of churches proclaiming the Lordship of Jesus Christ. We provide opportunities for people to know Jesus Christ, to grow in Him through community events, loving service, social concern, fellowship, and prayer.

Norristown Hospitality Center– Motivated by God’s love, the center provides basic needs and social services to empower those experiencing homelessness and poverty.

Philadelphia:

*Chi Alpha– We’re a network of Christian ministries that look a little bit different on every campus—but here’s what you’re always sure to find: college-aged men and women who are at once wrestling to become who they are (through school or work or life experience), and to connect with God. You’ll probably find people who are in all kinds of stages of both pursuits: self-discovery and God-discovery.

Philadelphia Council of Clergy– The Philadelphia Council of Clergy was established as a non-denominal organization to provide a forum for pastors to pray together, build peer relationships that support and empower one another, and even collaborate in serving neighborhoods.

Philadelphia Dream Center– The Dream Center is a faith-based, charitable organization that finds and fills the needs of struggling people throughout the United States.

Small Things- Our mission is to support local community-based organizations by providing them with the resources they need to support their communities and connect with their neighbors in a tangible way.

Montgomery County:

Netzer- The Netzer Community connects and cares for pastors, leaders, churches, and ministries in South Eastern Pennsylvania. Our cohorts are where pastors and leaders intentionally come together to worship, intercede, and seek the Lord together for their region.

Rahab’s Hope– Rahab’s Hope extends financial assistance and community resources to support individuals and families that are experiencing financial hardships and are at risk of homelessness. Our services aid in obtaining and maintaining housing stability throughout Montgomery County.

Chester County:

*Chester County Women’s Services- We are a pregnancy care medical center that exists to educate and empower individuals and their families to make life affirming choices.

Pennsylvania:

DiscipleMakers- DiscipleMakers is a Christian campus ministry based in Pennsylvania. Our goal is to raise up the next generation of leaders for the Church by training college students in Bible study, gospel-driven discipleship, and evangelism.
